Hi, I’m Mandi!
I’m a versatile communications professional with 13+ years of nonprofit, corporate, and agency experience. Storytelling is my passion. I’m interested in helping people, brands, and businesses share their messages in meaningful ways that connect with their target audiences.
My love for writing began at a young age, when as a 4-year-old I would dictate stories for my mom to write down in a sticker-covered notebook. While my ideas back then centered on princesses and puppies, today I craft content on topics that include health, sustainability, fashion, tourism, athletics, and more. I take pride in getting to know each client’s specific needs so I can translate their messages in their unique voice, tone, and style. I specialize in both short- and long-form content — from emails to video scripts to white papers, I can tackle it all!
Outside of freelancing, my day job involves leading marketing and communications for a community health organization. When I’m not typing on my laptop, you can usually find me spending time with my husband, daughter, and our spunky Border Collie. I am currently based in West Virginia but well-equipped to take on clients across the U.S.
